You have a current state cosmetology licenseHave a desire to learn and grow in french hairdressing, and accomplish this by attending all salon educational events and team celebrationsYou love this craft and feel intrinsically rewarded when you serve a guest wellYou want to be paid well for your talent with competitive compensation, paid vacation time and other benefitsFeel excited about the opportunity to collaborate with other people who love this craftYou like working and are available for retail hours (weekends, some holidays, and special events)You love the feeling of making someone’s day better
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and foster a culture of positivityShows up looking fashionable with a great attitudeWill work side by side assisting a master stylist and supporting their guestsTo maintain their style we rebook and recommend retail to every guest.Help to keep a positive atmosphere by interacting with guests and collaborating with team membersHelp train our proteges by setting a good example and educate them during the dayWork to maintain a clean and refreshing environment for all guests
