RPS is a thriving, established salon with a large client base, a strong community, and the infrastructure to support a successful esthetics business. Our esthetics department has tremendous room for growth, and we’re looking for a true go-getter who is excited to help take it to the next level. You’ll have the freedom to create your own schedule and manage your business, but we are looking for someone who wants to establish a consistent presence, actively attract and retain clients, and make RPS their professional home. This is an opportunity to have the independence of running your own business without having to purchase every product, stock your own retail, handle every supply order, manage every operational detail, or build entirely by yourself.
