The Licensed Esthetician at Graeber & Company delivers exceptional skin care services inside our Facial Bar - a luxury concept built around focused, curated treatments of 60 minutes or less, tailored to exactly what each guest wants that day.

This is not a "book it and forget it" facial menu.

Estheticians here work inside a structured, open concept, team-supported environment designed to help professionals grow their careers without carrying the full weight of running a business alone.

A successful esthetician in this role is highly skilled, guest-focused, and committed to delivering efficient, high-quality, personalized treatments while contributing to a collaborative team culture.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Within 30 Days

Fully onboarded to Graeber & Company service standards and guest experience expectations Confident using salon systems including scheduling, consultation flow, and retail recommendations

Successfully delivering focused, 60-minutes-or-less treatments that align with Graeber technical and hospitality standards

Building rapport with new guests and supporting rebooking conversations

Within 60 Days

Building a consistent returning guest base through excellent service and relationship-building

Demonstrating confidence in skin analyses and curating treatments to each guest's specific goals within a focused time window

Maintaining clean, organized treatment spaces and professional service flow

Participating in team education and collaboration

Within 90 Days

Maintaining a strong rebooking rate and growing guest retention

Contributing to retail recommendations that support guest results

Recognized for consistent, efficient service quality and strong guest relationships

Operating confidently within the Graeber systems and Facial Bar environment

OBJECTIVES

Deliver exceptional, focused skin care services in 60 minutes or less - Focus Facials, Signature Facials, HydraFacials, dermaplaning, microneedling, lash lift + tint, and waxing

Conduct thorough skin analyses that clarify guest goals and curate each treatment accordingly

Build long-term guest relationships through personalized service and trust Maintain strong guest retention through rebooking and consistent service experiences

Recommend appropriate home care and professional products when relevant

Maintain a clean, professional treatment space and follow sanitation protocols

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest flow throughout the Facial Bar Participate in ongoing education and skill development

Uphold Graeber's standards for professionalism, guest care, and teamwork

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Active Idaho esthetician license required

Prior salon or spa experience required

Strong technical skills in facials, HydraFacial, microneedling, dermaplaning, or waxing Commitment to ongoing education and professional growth
