Job Summary Our Esthetician is responsible for providing a wide range of skincare experiences utilizing the 8 Essential Steps to Financial Success to execute services and deliver above-guest-expectation experiences. The role requires expertise in FarmHouse Fresh skincare, product knowledge, and a passion for helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin. Key Responsibilities & Expectations Maintain and expand product knowledge (including Eufora and FarmHouse Fresh).Apply Eufora’s 8 Essential Steps to Financial Success.Participate in at least two Advanced Training classes annually.Complete Eufora University Training, FarmHouse Fresh Certified Therapist program, Tan Training Certification, Meevo Academy Training, and Guest Relations Phone Training.Work toward obtaining an Advanced Practical License.Key Performance Indicators: Monitor personal KPIs as benchmarks for growth and continuous improvement.
