For Experienced Service Providers:

Our commission compensation plan incorporates a base wage guarantee, paid time off, and competitive commission increases with scalable earnings from $32,000-$126,000 annually within full time or part time schedules. Our Career Path will ensure your guaranteed income grows every year at a proven rate of 10% or higher.

For Associate Program Stylists:

Full time associates earn up to $16.50 per hour with tips, and have access to world-class technical classes and nationally renowned educators. In addition to the one-to-one coaching, associates also have weekly opportunity days to work on their own clientele and practice their skills.

Our full-time paid internship program is designed for recent graduates in cosmetology and esthetics. During your time in the program you will learn how to provide a premium client experience by working HANDS-ON with one of our incredible educators. This one-to-one coaching and mentoring program will provide you with an incredible advantage when starting your career.
