The Role As a PS Pro, you’ll deliver high‑quality salon and spa services while creating uplifting experiences for our senior clients. $20.00 an hour, plus a 20% incentive commission Average earnings in this state are equivalent to 50% of service revenue. Compensation is paid as an hourly rate, plus an incentive commission divided by total hours worked, per pay period.
