Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling, coloring, hair extensions, and makeup application services to clients in your designated booth
Maintain impeccable sanitation and cleanliness standards in your workspace to ensure client safety and satisfaction
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and upsell additional services or retail products
Stay current with industry trends in hair care, color theory, barbering techniques (including straight razor shaves), and overall beauty innovations
Manage your client appointments efficiently while fostering a welcoming environment that encourages repeat busines
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry
Skilled in hair care techniques including coloring, styling, and extensions; experience with makeup application is a plus
Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and store management principles
Excellent communication skills for client consultation and relationship building
Passion for continuous learning about hair coloring, color theory, and the latest industry trends
Pay: $800.00 - $5,000.00 per month
