Responsibilities

Deliver professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and extension services that meet client expectations.
Perform nail care treatments including manicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail applications, nail extensions, and pedicures with precision and attention to detail.
Apply esthetic treatments such as dermabrasion, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and luxurious facials.
Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation standards and disinfection procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on products and services, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Upsell retail products confidently by demonstrating their benefits and matching them to client needs while managing retail sales efficiently.
Stay current with industry trends in color theory, nail art techniques, hair styling innovations, and skincare treatments to offer cutting-edge services.

Requirements

Valid cosmetology license issued by the state.
Proven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in hair styling, coloring, extensions, nail care, and skincare treatments.
Strong knowledge of salon safety protocols including sanitation practices and disinfection procedures.
Expertise in color theory, nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic application, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and esthetics
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals.
Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
Retail sales experience with a focus on upselling products effectively to enhance client satisfaction.
