Established Salon with Client Growth Opportunity

Dolcé Organic Salon, Med Spa & Salt Room in Middleburg Heights is looking for a licensed hairstylist/colorist who wants to build or grow a steady clientele in an established, full-service salon environment.

We are not just a hair salon. Dolcé offers hair, nails, facials, massage, med spa services, salt room and infrared sauna services all under one roof, giving our stylists the opportunity for cross-referrals and exposure to an established guest base.

You do NOT need experience with organic color. If you already know color, we can teach you our product line and system.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Licensed in Ohio
Confident with cutting, styling and color services
Friendly, dependable and professional
Interested in building long-term client relationships
Comfortable recommending appropriate retail and additional services
Willing to work as part of a team rather than simply renting a chair

If you’re an experienced stylist looking for a change — or a newer stylist who wants the opportunity to actually build a clientele — we’d like to meet you.

Compensation: $35,000–$65,000 annually, depending on schedule, experience and production.

We know hairstylists come to us at different stages of their careers, so our compensation structure is flexible. Stylists may begin with a hourly rate while building their clientele and transition to commission as their book grows. Experienced stylists with an established clientele may be eligible to begin on commission. Actual earnings will vary based on experience, schedule, clientele, service sales, commission, and gratuities. We’re happy to discuss the compensation structure openly during the interview.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
