Duties

Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and extension services to clients.
Follow salon safety protocols by maintaining sanitation standards and disinfection procedures to ensure a safe environment.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or retail products.
Upsell retail products such as hair care items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.

Requirements

Valid cosmetology license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority.
Knowledge of color theory
Strong understanding of salon safety protocols, sanitation practices, and disinfection procedures.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with clients.
Retail sales experience helpful.
4 day minimum work week ( you can work 6 days if you prefer)
