Licensed Cosmetologist

This is for the Artist who loves what they do —

and wants to love where they do it.

REVIVE Hair Lounge is a new, modern salon opening in Tucson, and we’re intentionally building our founding team. We’re not filling chairs — we’re creating a long-term salon home where Artists grow together, support each other, and feel proud of what they’re building.

If you’re an Artist who:

Takes pride in your craft
Values teamwork, consistency, and professionalism
Is excited by being part of something from the beginning

This might be your next chapter.

What working at REVIVE feels like:

A calm, desert-inspired salon designed for creativity and connection
A collaborative, ego-free team culture
Thoughtful scheduling that respects your time and energy
Leadership that understands the industry and invests in your growth

You bring the talent.

We build the environment around it.

Founding Artists Perks:

Be part of REVIVE from day one and help shape the salon culture
Priority access to education, scheduling, and growth opportunities
A voice in how the salon evolves as we grow

What we offer:

Hourly guarantee or commission (whichever is higher) during ramp-up
Clear growth paths and commission tiers
Retail incentives without pressure
Education and ongoing training
Marketing support as you build or transition your guests
