Position Overview

As a Head Spa Therapist at Crown & Raine, you are the heart of the guest experience. You will deliver our signature head spa services with precision, warmth, and professionalism while upholding the highest standards of luxury, cleanliness, and care.

This role is perfect for someone who loves hands-on service, values calm and connection, and takes pride in delivering consistent excellence.

Compensation:$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:Guest Experience & Services

Perform Crown & Raine signature head spa services and treatmentsDeliver a relaxing, elevated, and personalized experience for every guestEducate guests on scalp health, products, and aftercare recommendationsMaintain strong rebooking conversations to encourage return visits

Professional Standards

Uphold Crown & Raine luxury service and brand standards at all timesMaintain a polished, professional appearance and calming presenceCommunicate clearly and kindly with guests and team members

Cleanliness & Organization

Maintain pristine treatment rooms before and after every serviceFollow all sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocolsEnsure tools, beds, and products are properly cleaned and stocked

Sales & Performance

Promote and sell retail products, memberships, and service upgradesContribute to team goals for rebooking and retail performanceRepresent the Crown & Raine brand with confidence and integrity
Qualifications:Active Cosmetology license (required)Experience in spa, salon, wellness, or luxury service preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessCalm, nurturing demeanor with excellent guest communication skillsAbility to work evenings and weekends as neededPassion for luxury, wellness, and guest-centered service
