As a Licensed Cosmetologist, you’ll help clients look and feel their best through attentive consultation and professional beauty services. You’ll assess each client’s needs, explain suitable options, and deliver services within your license, training, and applicable regulations. Responsibilities
Consult with clients, communicate service options clearly, and provide welcoming customer service.Perform appropriate hair styling, other hair services like color, hair extensions and some body waxing.Apply color theory when recommending or delivering hair and beauty services.Follow salon safety protocols and complete sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools, workstations, and service areas.Support retail sales through product recommendations and responsible upselling; use retail math to explain pricing accurately.Experience
Active cosmetology license required; experience working in the beauty industry is preferred.Demonstrated communication skills and a client-focused approach are essential.Knowledge of sanitation, disinfection procedures, and salon safety protocols is important.Benefits:
