Position DetailsThis is a commission-based, W-2 employment opportunity offering a 60/40 commission split (60% stylist / 40% salon), plus an additional 10% commission on retail sales. No established clientele is required.

Enjoy a flexible schedule with some evening and weekend availability required. The anticipated start date is as early as November 1.

Qualifications & RequirementsActive Cosmetology License
Proficiency in cornrowing and braid-down techniquesPassion for natural hair care and overall hair healthExcellent communication and customer service skillsProfessional, reliable, and detail-orientedAbility to work independently and collaborativelyWillingness to learn new techniques and expand service knowledgeCommitment to maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environmentA positive attitude and desire for continued professional growth
Expected ServicesOur studio specializes in healthy hair care and elevated beauty and wellness experiences. Stylists should be willing and able to provide or receive training in the following service categories:

Natural Hair Care & Styling
Loc Maintenance & StylingSew-In Installations & MaintenanceLuxury Head Spa TreatmentsAll services must align with The Natural Crown's standards and service offerings. Any additional services must receive prior approval from salon owner before being offered to clients.

Please Note: The Natural Crown does not provide services to children under the age of 13.
