About the Role
You’ll assist with advanced color services, extension prep, and client finishing while receiving hands‑on mentorship in our signature techniques. This is a growth‑focused position designed to help you transition from assistant to full stylist.
Responsibilities
Support stylists with color applications, toners, and glazes
Prep and assist with hand‑tied extension installs
Perform blow‑dry and finishing work
Maintain salon flow and client experience
Shadow and learn advanced techniques daily
