Job Summary In this vibrant role, you will deliver exceptional beauty services that enhance our clients’ confidence and style. Provide professional hair styling, coloring, and hair extension services using the latest techniques and industry best practices.Perform precise hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care treatments to meet client needs.Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in accordance with health regulations.Use salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.Assist clients at the front desk by welcoming guests, answering inquiries, and scheduling follow-up appointments to foster strong relationships.Upsell retail products like hair care items, skincare products, and beauty accessories to enhance client satisfaction and store revenue.Mentor junior team members and support store management in daily operations to promote a positive team atmosphere.Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority.Proven experience in hair styling, coloring (including color theory), and advanced techniques such as straight razor shaves or hair extensions.Strong knowledge of sanitation protocols and salon safety standards.Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with clients and understand their beauty goals.Familiarity with salon software like MINDBODY for appointment booking and retail management.Ability to perform retail math calculations for upselling opportunities confidently.Experience with retail sales, store management basics, and front desk duties is highly desirable.Skilled in nail care, makeup application, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and other beauty services as needed.Join us as a Licensed Beautician and bring your passion for beauty to life!
