This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills across a variety of beauty services while contributing to a lively, energetic atmosphere focused on excellence and innovation. • Deliver a wide range of beauty services including hair styling, hair extensions, nail care, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and body waxing with precision and artistry • Perform advanced treatments such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin), esthetic laser treatments, and med spa procedures to enhance client satisfaction • Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY; ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up • Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs, offering product recommendations, and upselling services to maximize client experience and salon revenue • Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols during treatments • Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products to promote retail sales • Manage front desk duties including greeting guests, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries via social media management tools, and ensuring a seamless guest experience • Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification in accordance with state or local regulations • Proven experience in hair styling, nail care, makeup application, tattooing, or related beauty services; med spa experience is a plus • Knowledge of salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for appointment booking and client records • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members • Expertise in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff • Skilled in advanced treatments including dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser therapy, hair threading, straight razor shaving, and body waxing • Ability to manage retail sales effectively through upselling techniques and product knowledge in skincare and cosmetics Embark on a rewarding career where your talent makes a difference!
