Scissors Cut Barbershop & Beauty is looking for a talented, professional, and licensed barber to join our team in a full-time position.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service, and wants to build a strong and loyal clientele in a professional barbershop environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional men's and children's haircuts
Perform fades, tapers, lineups, beard trims, and other barbering services
Consult with clients to understand their preferred styles
Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
Follow all state sanitation and licensing requirements
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Maintain a dependable full-time work schedule
Arrive on time and be ready to serve scheduled and walk-in clients
Help maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming shop environment

Requirements:

Valid barber license required
Availability to work full-time
Strong barbering and grooming skills
Experience with fades, tapers, lineups, beard shaping, and modern haircut styles
Professional appearance and attitude
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experienced barbers with an existing clientele are encouraged to apply. We are also interested in motivated licensed barbers who are ready to grow their clientele and establish themselves with our shop.
