What You'll Earn

$31–$44/hr (base + tips + commission)
Retail Commission and Service Commission up to $8/hr — 45% of our team hits it every pay period

What You'll Do

Support salon leadership with daily operations
Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent, legendary client experience
Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards
Help recruit, onboard, and train new team members
Collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals
Provide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services
Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture

What We're Looking For

Valid WA State Cosmetology or Barber license
Management experience preferred — salon, spa, retail, or store management
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Experience as a hair stylist or barber — men's cutting preferred
Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred but not required
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
