Sport Clips Haircuts is looking for a motivated, talented Assistant Manager who is passionate about cutting hair, delivering an exceptional client experience, and helping build a high-performing, positive team culture alongside the Store Manager.

What You’ll Do
Support the Store Manager in daily salon operations and team leadership Deliver high-quality haircuts and excellent client service Help coach and elevate team members to reach their full potential Act as a key point of communication between staff, management, and clients Assist with scheduling, organization, and problem-solving in a busy salon environment
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and management skills with a business mindset Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented Passion for the hair industry and staying current with trends Salon management experience is a plus—but not required

Compensation
Assistant Managers typically earn $30–$44/hour, including base pay, tips, and incentives. Top performers often earn even more.

Requirements
Valid Illinois cosmetology or barber license Flexible availability Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer proficiency Passion for the industry and willingness to grow
