Sport Clips Haircuts in Montgomery, AL is now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support Compensation & Perks Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture Active Alabama Cosmetology or Barber License Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred) Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required) Passion for customer service and team development Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed Join a locally owned, family-operated Sport Clips salon where your leadership matters, your skills are valued, and your career can grow.
