This location is owned and operated by Jesse Keyser, a world-renowned multi-unit salon operator known for building high-performing teams and successful locations.

What the Job Involves

Supporting the Store Manager with daily operations and team oversight
Training, mentoring, and developing stylists on the floor
Delivering outstanding client service while boosting retail sales
Assisting with hiring and building a top-quality team
Maintaining high cleanliness and brand standards
Helping grow our client base in the Evansville area

Requirements

Previous leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred)
Active Indiana Cosmetology license required
Positive, outgoing personality with solid communication skills
Sales-driven mindset and team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Compensation & Benefits
