Sharkey's Cuts for Kids of Westport is growing and we are looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Lead Stylist to join our award-winning team.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional haircuts and customer service
Create a memorable experience for every child and parent
Assist with coaching and mentoring team members
Help maintain salon standards and cleanliness
Support daily operations and guest experience initiatives
Lead by example through professionalism, positivity, and teamwork

Qualifications

Active Connecticut Cosmetology License
Previous salon experience required
Leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Comfortable working with children of all ages

Schedule

We are currently hiring for:

Weekday shifts
Weekend shifts (must be available for Saturday & Sunday)
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
