Style House is looking for an experienced Lead Stylist / Salon Director to join our North Park location.
This role is ideal for someone who loves being behind the chair, has strong cut and color skills, and wants to help build a team inside a modern, growing salon brand.
What you’ll do
Provide excellent cut, color, and styling services
Help lead the team and support salon culture
Assist with hiring, training, and coaching
Help manage inventory and day-to-day salon operations
Create a great client experience from start to finish
Help build a strong, positive, high-performing salon
What we’re looking for
Active California cosmetology license
Strong technical work in cut and color
Leadership experience or clear leadership ability
Professionalism, warmth, and strong communication
Portfolio / Instagram showing your work
What we offer
Commission starting at 45%, up to 60%

Full-time Pay: $30–$65.46 per hour
Pay: $30.00 - $65.49 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
