The Role

You will serve as the right hand of salon ownership. Overseeing day-to-day floor operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring every client walks out with an exceptional experience. At the same time, you will maintain a personal clientele, keeping your technical skills sharp and your passion for the craft alive.

This is a dual role: part leader, part artist.

What You'll Own

Leadership & Operations

Oversee daily floor operations and ensure the salon runs smoothly from open to closeServe as the primary point of contact for staffOnboard and mentor new technicians, setting the standard for quality and professionalismMonitor station cleanliness, sanitation compliance, and overall salon presentationAssist in coordinating coverage for open stationsHelp resolve client concerns quickly and professionally, protecting the salon's reputation

Client Services

Maintain a personal book of clients, providing high-quality services including manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gel, and nail art or hair stylingBuild lasting client relationships that drive retention and referrals

Business Growth

Provide ownership with regular feedback on team performance, client trends, and operational improvementsIdentify opportunities to increase service revenue and improve the client experiencePlay an active role in building a positive, professional salon culture that attracts and retains top talent

What We're Looking For

Active Florida Nail Specialist License(DBPR) — requiredMinimum 2+ years of professional nail technician experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills — you lead by influence, not authorityProfessional, reliable, and client-obsessedComfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-service salon environmentSpanish-speaking a plus but not required
