RESPONSIBILITIES: Enjoy working with children and families to create the best haircut experience and strong store reputation Develop a culture of excellence, fun, and accountability Provide excellent haircuts for a kid first salon Work directly with ownership to optimize the salon experience & financial success Coach and support team on technical and salon best practices Organize & coordinate with staff for employee scheduling Track store inventory Oversee and maintain the health and safety of customers by following the laws and rules set forth by the state board of cosmetology/barbering.
