Job Summary of Lead Stylist:

The central role of this position is to provide expert hair and beauty services that improve the guest experience. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Lead Stylist:

Supplying an extensive menu of salon amenities that involve designing, cutting, coloring, texturizing, treating, styling, perming, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing as needed.Exceed the average weekly service sales target of $1900 by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Drive retail revenue growth by recommending products based on customer preferences and showcasing them through in-salon presentations.Engaging in marketing events and promotions can help in reaching out to guests and highlighting various services.Stay educated on new trends and products in order to enhance your service offerings and consultations.Develop lasting relationships with guests by providing tailored service and guidance on retail choices.Support the development of an inclusive and teamwork-oriented culture in the salon by collaborating with peers and brand partners.Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations to uphold a clean, safe, and inviting salon environment.Make certain that company policies, booking protocols, and guest readiness procedures are consistently met.Qualifications and Experience of Lead Stylist:

- An active cosmetology license is a prerequisite.Experience in a salon environment is a prerequisite.Experience in a range of services such as haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing.Adept at employing salon tools and chemical solutions for technical applications.Knowledgeable in endorsing and selling premium beauty products for experts.Skilled in establishing strong connections with customers through effective communication and superior service.Skill to work self-sufficiently and cooperatively as part of a team.Readiness to work varying hours, possibly including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Benefits of Lead Stylist:
