You will be accountable for ensuring that all front desk employees understand practices and the entry and exit aesthetic experience; visually and relationally. You will be expected to mitigate customer complaints and issues; or refer them to the Salon Manager when a resolution cannot be reached. Set the example of professionalism and charisma of Salon Kreed in all interactions with customer and coworkers Answer any questions and check clients in Be service oriented (i.e. offer refreshments, check their coat, be interested in them, provide smock for specific services) Take all phone calls and direct as necessary Communicate upcoming sales and events Ensure all services and products provided are accounted on each transaction Make sure the client profile is accurate and updated (contact, services, preferences, birthday, etc.) Pay and Grow with Salon Kreed
