Centre Salon & Spa is hiring driven, goal-oriented stylists with at least two years of experience. An established clientele is a plus, but it is not required.

We are looking for stylists who love being busy, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and continuously improving their craft. Our salons welcome more than 300 new guests each month, giving you the opportunity to build a full, loyal clientele with strong retention.

This is an ideal opportunity for a commission stylist or former booth renter who is ready to spend less time managing the business and more time doing hair, serving clients, and growing their income.

You should hold an active Colorado cosmetology or hairstylist license and have at least two years of experience behind the chair.

Confidence in haircutting, hair color, consultations, styling, and professional product recommendations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional haircuts, color, styling, and finishing services
Conduct thoughtful consultations and create customized service plans
Build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service
Recommend professional home-care products
Rebook guests and maintain strong retention
Track goals and participate in ongoing coaching
Maintain a clean, professional, State Board-compliant workspace
Participate in salon education, meetings, and team initiatives

Our Leadership

Centre Salon & Spa is entering an exciting new chapter under new ownership.

Our owner is a licensed esthetician and experienced multi-salon owner who is passionate about creating meaningful, financially rewarding careers in the beauty industry.

Our company COO has more than 20 years of experience as a hairstylist and understands firsthand what it takes to succeed behind the chair.

Our leadership team combines real salon experience with structured coaching, education, clear communication, and proven systems designed to help stylists grow.

Schedule

This position requires a minimum of three full salon days per week.

Our three-day schedule allows motivated stylists to build a strong income while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.

Some evening and Saturday availability may be required based on guest demand.
