Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed virtual consultations to understand client hair goals, including style preferences, color needs, and maintenance routines.Provide expert advice on hair coloring techniques, including balayage, ombr , highlights, and complete color transformations, tailored for clients to achieve at home or discuss with their local stylist.Offer personalized recommendations for hair cuts, styles, and treatments based on client hair type, face shape, and lifestyle.Develop and share educational content, such as video guides and articles, on hair care, styling tips, and product selection.Stay ahead of global hair fashion trends, new color formulations, and styling techniques to offer cutting-edge advice.Manage client communications effectively through video calls, chat, and email, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.Requirements

Valid Cosmetologist license, with specialized certifications in advanced color theory and techniques (e.g., Wella, Redken).Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a hair stylist and colorist, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse clientele and advanced techniques.Proven expertise in all aspects of hair coloring, including corrections and vivid colors.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at conveying complex information clearly and empathetically via virtual platforms.Experience with virtual consultation tools and platforms, and a well-equipped home studio setup.A strong understanding of hair structure, chemistry, and product formulations.Benefits
