Lead and motivate a team of stylists to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of salon excellence Perform silk presses, trims, light color, and treatments Manage salon inventory efficiently Oversee sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Upselling Mentor junior staff and new hires Handle front desk responsibilities including appointment booking, client check-in/out, and answering inquiries with excellent communication skills when needed Valid cosmetology license with comprehensive knowledge of hair styling and sanitation standards Proven experience in silk presses, color theory and dependability Strong leadership skills Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
