Job Summary of Lead Hair Artist:

The central role of this position is to provide expert hair and beauty services that improve the guest experience. Responsibilities include consulting with guests, suggesting appropriate services and products, and delivering a wide array of advanced salon treatments. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Lead Hair Artist:

Providing a complete range of salon services such as design, cutting, coloring, texturing, treating, styling, perming, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing as needed.Achieve or surpass the goal of $1900 in weekly service sales through the delivery of superior customer service.Elevate retail revenue through customized product suggestions and hands-on demonstrations within the salon.Utilize marketing events and promotions as opportunities to interact with guests and promote various services effectively.Keep yourself informed about new trends and products to enhance the value of your service offerings and client consultations.Strengthen guest connections by providing individualized service and personalized retail recommendations.Embrace collaboration with colleagues and brand partners to create a supportive and inclusive salon culture driven by teamwork.Meet hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting salon space.Confirm that all rules of the company, booking procedures, and guest readiness protocols are adhered to.Qualifications and Experience of Lead Hair Artist:

- A cosmetology license that is valid is necessary.Salon experience is a must.Specialization in haircutting, coloring, styling, treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing techniques.Adept at employing salon tools and chemical solutions for technical applications.Capable of recommending and selling top-of-the-line beauty products for professionals.Excelling in guest service and communication aptitudes to encourage customers to return.Ability to be self-reliant while also being an effective team player.Open to working a variable schedule which might include evenings, weekends, and holidays.Benefits of Lead Hair Artist:
