Lead Guest Experience Expert/ Sales

Pay: $14.00 per hour to start. After 90 days pay increases to $15.00 to $16.00 per hour based on performance. Performance bonuses are uncapped and tied to rebooking rate, retail sales per guest, and add-on sales. Raise reviews happen quarterly to every six months and are based entirely on results.

This is not your average front desk job. You are the heartbeat of our guest experience and a key driver of our revenue. You will be the first face every guest sees and the last impression they leave with. This is a sales position with real growth potential. We are looking for someone with management potential who wants to grow into a leadership role as our salon scales.

What You Will Do

Sales and Revenue

Execute our sales scripts and close leads from social media automations
Rebook every guest before they leave
Upsell and recommend retail at every touchpoint
Track and hit daily, weekly, and shift level performance metrics
Respond to DMs and convert leads into booked appointments
Proactively bring in new clients through personal outreach and community connection

Guest Experience

Be the first and last impression for every single guest
Deliver the salon tour, welcome gift, and new guest experience
Confirm appointments and actively reduce no-shows
Handle guest concerns professionally using our scripts and process
Follow up with new guests after their visit to build lasting loyalty

Marketing and Social Media

Help record, edit, and post content to our Instagram and TikTok
Post to Google Business several times per week
Be willing to go live on the salon's social media accounts
Share our work on your personal social media to grow your income
Meet people in the community and personally bring them into the salon
DM prospective guests and turn conversations into bookings

Systems and Operations

Manage guest profiles and bookings in our salon software
Maintain a clean, organized, and branded front desk and retail area
Accurately track and manage retail inventory
Ensure all policies and consent forms are completed before services
Identify inefficiencies and bring solutions, not just problems

Who We Are Looking For

We need someone with management potential. This role starts at the front desk but it is built for someone bigger than that. We need someone who is professional, polished, and passionate about the beauty industry, but not looking to be behind the chair. Someone who can walk into a fast paced environment, figure things out on the fly, solve problems before they become bigger problems, and keep everything running smoothly without being told what to do next.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have reliable personal transportation
Must have prior sales experience in any industry
Must thrive in fast paced, high energy environments
Must be active on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook
Must be willing to post content and go live on camera
Must maintain a polished professional appearance daily
Personal social media must be public and brand appropriate
