Position Summary

The Lead Esthetician is responsible for delivering exceptional skincare while serving as a mentor and leader for the esthetics team. This role supports Managementby helping to maintain service excellence, coaching team members, driving retail and membership growth, ensuring compliance with Hand & Stone standards, and fostering a positive guest-focused culture. Continuing to lead by example through outstanding service, professionalism, and a commitment to team success. Pay is per client and training time.

Responsibilities

·        Perform professional facials, skincare treatments, hair removal, and other esthetic services in accordance with state regulations and corporate standards

·       Deliver exceptional guest experiences that encourage repeat visits, memberships, and referrals

·       Recommend and train staff on home-care product lines, Treatment Plans, and retail sales

·       Mentor and coach Licensed Estheticians on treatment techniques, guest experiences, retail sales and membership conversions

·       Assist with onboarding and training as needed

·       Pair with Spa Management to identify coaching opportunities and improve team performance

·       Maintain treatment rooms, equipment and supplies to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization

·       Lead by example in professionalism, attendance, teamwork and accountability

·       Assist in resolving guest concerns

·       Participate and hold meetings and ongoing education

·       Ability to maintain inventory levels and communicate when stock needs to be reordered.

·       Help with inventory on a bi-weekly basis with support from Management

Qualifications

·       Current Florida Esthetician License in good standing

·       Minimum of 2 years of experience in the spa industry- preferred esthetics positions

·       Demonstrated successful retail sales and guest retention

·       Strong communication, coaching and leadership skills

·       Passion for skincare continuing education, and guest wellness

·       Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
