Job Duties and Responsibilities of Lead Cosmetologist:

Delivering a varied selection of salon services including design, cutting, coloring, texturizing, treatments, styling, perming, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing when applicable.Meet or exceed the weekly service sales target by providing high-quality guest service to customers.Drive retail sales by providing personalized product recommendations and interactive demonstrations in the salon.Participating in marketing events and promotions is a proactive way to engage guests and advertise services.Stay abreast of developments in trends and products to enrich your services and consultations with clients.Cultivate robust guest relationships by delivering tailored service and personalized retail advice.Partner with peers and brand collaborators to cultivate a salon environment that is inclusive and team-focused.Uphold cleanliness and safety regulations to create a secure and welcoming atmosphere in the salon.Maintain adherence to company policies, booking protocols, and guest readiness procedures to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications and Experience of Lead Cosmetologist:
