Lash Technician - Esthetician / Cosmetologist

We’re looking for an experienced, talented **Lash Artist/Beauty Specialist** to join our team at Amazing Lash Studio in Hartsdale.

This is a great opportunity for a beauty professional who is already confident performing **lash extension and lash lift services**.

### What You’ll Do

* Provide high-quality **lash extension services**
* Perform **lash lifts and tints**
* Recommend services and products based on each client’s needs
* Build strong relationships with clients and encourage rebooking
* Sell memberships and educate clients on membership benefits
* Recommend and sell retail products
* Perform service add-ons and additional beauty services
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
* Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through checkout
* Stay current with beauty trends, techniques, and industry standards
* Support the team and contribute to a positive studio environment

### Compensation

**$18–$25 per hour, based on experience**

In addition to hourly pay, you will earn commission on:

* **Every membership you sell**
* **Retail products you sell**
* **Services you perform**

The more you serve, sell, and build your clientele, the more you can earn.

### What We’re Looking For

We are specifically seeking candidates who **already have hands-on experience in the beauty industry**, particularly with:

**Required/preferred experience:**

* Professional **lash extension experience**
* **Lash lift & tint** experience
* Strong understanding of lash safety, application, styling, and client consultation
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to confidently recommend services, memberships, and retail products
* Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

**Bonus skills:**

* Brow tinting
* Brow shaping/waxing
* Brow lamination
* Other esthetic or beauty services

**We are especially interested in candidates who can bring multiple beauty skills to the studio.**
