Responsibilities:
Perform professional lash extension applications including classic, hybrid, and volume setsConduct lash fill appointments and assess natural lash health at each visitConsult with clients to determine desired lash styles, lengths, and curl typesMaintain a clean, sanitary, and fully stocked lash station at all timesBuild and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-upStay current on lash trends, techniques, and product knowledgeCollaborate with salon team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
Valid North Carolina Esthetics or Cosmetology license requiredProven experience in lash extension application (classic, volume, and/or hybrid)Strong attention to detail and precision in lash placement and isolationExcellent communication and client consultation skillsAbility to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality resultsReliable, punctual, and professional demeanorExperience with lash lifting and tinting is a plus
