Lash technician

Duties

Perform a variety of beauty and aesthetic treatments including eyelash extensions.
Manage appointment scheduling and guest flow using salon management software such as Vagaro to ensure smooth operations.
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable services and product options, upselling effectively to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety protocols across all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and ensuring a welcoming environment at the front desk.
Support social media management efforts by creating engaging content and promoting services to expand our online presence.
Assist with retail sales, managing inventory, and ensuring the salon environment remains clean, organized, and inviting for clients.

Qualifications

Proven experience or training in esthetician services, or med spa treatments is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and team members effectively.
Experience in social media management and digital marketing is a plus for promoting services and engaging with clients online.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
