As an iGlam Lash Stylist, you’ll be tasked with building positive relationships with clients and delivering an unforgettable customer experience. Promptly acknowledge clients upon arrival and departure Maintain a clean, sterile, and visually appealing workspace Conduct client consultations to determine appropriate lash services Educate clients on proper aftercare requirements and follow-up services Perform lash services including extensions and tinting with the utmost precision Uphold the mission and values of iGlam at all times Be a responsible, reliable, and motivated team player Consistently deliver beautiful and high-quality lash services Interact with clients with the utmost professionalism and respect Demonstrate strong relationship-building and communication skills Experience applying classic and handmade volume lash extensions Valid Flordia Cosmetology license with facial specialty or full specialist license Available at least 32 hours per week.
