Salon XO is seeking a talented lash technician to become part of our growing beauty and wellness environment. We will train the right licenses Cosmetology Professional.
We're expanding the Salon XO experience and looking for a skilled, motivated lash artist who is passionate about beautiful results, client relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Has experience applying classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions.
Prioritizes lash health, sanitation, safety, and client comfort.
Takes pride in creating beautiful, customized lash sets.
Is professional, reliable, organized, and client-focused.
Understands the importance of retention, client satisfaction, and consistent results.
Is motivated to develop and grow their beauty business.
Values a peaceful, polished, and welcoming salon atmosphere.

Qualifications
Appropriate active Pennsylvania professional Cosmo license for the services performed.
Proven lash extension experience or heavy interest as we will train the RIGHT PERSON
Strong sanitation and client safety practices.
Excellent customer service and communication.
Professional portfolio or Instagram page demonstrating your lash work.
Ability to provide your own professional tools, supplies, and products if operating under an independent space-use arrangement.
Position Details
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Availability: Part-time AND Full-time
