Lash and Brow Artist

Hairraisorz Salon is seeking a licensed Esthetician and Lash Artist to join our growing salon team. This role is ideal for a motivated beauty professional who is ready to expand their client base, elevate their service offerings, and work in a professional, structured salon environment with strong growth potential. Perform skincare services including facials, treatments, and basic skin consultations Provide lash services including lash extensions, fills, and lash removal Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment area Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent service Educate clients on aftercare and product recommendations Manage bookings, scheduling, and client communication Uphold salon standards of professionalism and presentation Promote services and support social media presence (optional but encouraged) Valid Esthetician and/or Lash Extension certification/license (required) Experience in lash extensions preferred (classic, hybrid, or volume) Strong customer service and communication skills Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Ability to maintain professionalism and consistency Passion for skincare, beauty, and client care Social media presence is a plus Flexible scheduling options Commission-based structure or booth rental opportunities Access to salon clientele and walk-in exposure (if applicable) Professional, well-maintained workspace Growth opportunities within Hairraisorz
