Independent Contractor Opportunity | Divine Beauty Bar LLC

Divine Beauty Bar LLC, an accredited Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider specializing in cranial prostheses (medical wigs), is seeking licensed cosmetologists with established salons or private suites to provide professional services to clients experiencing alopecia and other forms of medical hair loss.

This is a contract-based opportunity for experienced beauty professionals interested in expanding their services into the medical hair loss industry while working within a structured, professional environment.

This is not a traditional salon employment position. No client acquisition, advertising, or retail marketing is required.

Divine Beauty Bar will refer clients directly to the contracted cosmetologist for consultations, head measurements, fittings, and cranial prosthesis installations.

How the Opportunity Works

Client Referrals: Divine Beauty Bar coordinates client referrals and directs eligible clients to the contracted cosmetologist's approved salon or private suite.
Consultations & Measurements: The cosmetologist conducts an in-person consultation and obtains the necessary head measurements. Compensation is provided at the agreed-upon consultation rate.
Cranial Prosthesis Installation: Once the client's cranial prosthesis (medical wig) is ready, the cosmetologist performs the fitting and installation. Compensation is provided at the agreed-upon installation rate.
Documentation & Compliance: All services must follow Divine Beauty Bar's established protocols, documentation requirements, and applicable professional standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct professional, in-person consultations and accurate head measurements.
Perform cranial prosthesis fittings, installations, and initial styling as required.
Maintain appropriate sanitation and infection control practices.
Provide a private, professional consultation environment for clients experiencing medical hair loss.
Maintain a licensed salon or private suite. When a dedicated private consultation room is unavailable, appointments must be scheduled as the first or last appointment of the day, with no other clients or visitors present, to protect client privacy.
Complete required service documentation and obtain client signatures.
Maintain timely communication regarding appointments, scheduling, and client services.
Provide at least two weeks' advance notice of planned vacations or absences.

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted cosmetology license in the state where services will be performed.
Ownership or authorized use of an established, appropriately licensed salon or private suite.
Ability to provide a private and professional setting for medical hair loss clients.
Strong communication, professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
Willingness to follow established service protocols and documentation requirements.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

Experience working with clients experiencing alopecia, oncology-related hair loss, or other medical hair loss conditions.
Trichology certification or advanced training in scalp and hair health.
Previous experience with cranial prosthesis customization, fitting, or installation.

Compensation & Opportunity Benefits

Paid installations: Separate compensation based on an agreed-upon rate for completed cranial prosthesis installations.
Clients provided: Divine Beauty Bar coordinates client referrals; independent client acquisition is not required.
