Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Barbershop Associate to join our team at Keesler AFB. In this role, you will provide expert barbering services, ensuring that military personnel and their families look and feel their best. Your energetic approach and dedication to quality will help foster a positive grooming experience for all clients.
Responsibilities
Deliver professional haircutting, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferencesMaintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment following all safety protocolsEngage with clients in a friendly and respectful manner, ensuring excellent customer serviceSchedule appointments efficiently to maximize service flow and minimize wait timesFollow all grooming standards and military regulations to ensure complianceRequirements
Valid barber/cosmetology license in any of the 50 US States.Proven experience in barbering or hairstyling, with a focus on men's grooming servicesStrong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with clients from diverse backgroundsAbility to stand for extended periods and perform detailed grooming tasks with precisionKnowledge of safety standards related to hygiene, sanitation, and equipment maintenanceFlexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or special events as neededJoin our team and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills directly contribute to the well-being and confidence of our service members.
