Job Duties and Responsibilities of Junior Stylist: Help hairstylists by aiding in shampooing, treatments, styling, and applying color, contributing to enhancing guest satisfaction and achieving sales targets for the store.- Conduct salon services autonomously post the initial training period, such as hair trimming, coloring, rejuvenating treatments, blow-drying, and hairstyling.Provide tailored suggestions and exhibits to improve retail purchases and customer allegiance.Maintain a salon space that is both hygienic and orderly, in accordance with the guidelines set by the company and the state regulatory board.Enhance and encourage in-store occasions and promotional initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.Work together with team members, skin specialists, and sales staff to enhance the overall customer journey in the store.Adhere to all safety, cleanliness, scheduling, and customer service procedures to ensure uniformity and adherence.Qualifications and Experience of Junior Stylist:
