To qualify, candidates must be 18 years or older and possess a Cosmetology diploma and license (no prior work experience is required). Additional qualifications include:

A basic understanding of current salon techniques in hair design, color, texture, hair treatments, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable)Familiarity with the tools and chemicals necessary for technical workA fundamental ability to demonstrate, recommend, and sell professional hair care and makeup productsStrong communication skillsThe capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentThe ability to cultivate and sustain robust customer relationshipsSPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysWORKING CONDITIONS:

Frequent mobility throughout shifts, including reaching, twisting, and neck movementsRegular eye/hand coordination for guest services and computer useContinuous lifting and/or moving of items weighing up to 10 lbs. during the shift, with the capability to lift or move up to 40 lbs.Occasional stooping, kneeling, and crouching is requiredLess frequent requirement to pull and push a rolling cartAbility to stand for extended periodsClimbing a ladder and maintaining balance during shifts may also be requiredABOUT:
