Qualifications Current cosmetology license in the state of Texas and demonstrated proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.Experience or interest in wigs and hairpieces, including consultations, fittings, customization, and basic maintenance.Strong client service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and the ability to provide personalized recommendations.Ability to manage a full-time schedule, maintain an organized workstation, and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.Professional appearance and demeanor, with reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues.Comfort with handling bookings, basic recordkeeping, and use of salon tools or software for scheduling and payment processing.Previous salon or boutique experience is preferred; additional training in hair loss solutions or wig styling is a plus.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions associated with hair and wig services.
