Responsibilities

Manage your own client appointments, providing expert hair styling, coloring, hair extensions, and hair care services tailored to individual preferences.
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards and proper sterilization of tools such as straight razors and other barbering equipment.
Offer exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their hair goals, product recommendations, and aftercare instructions.
Sell retail products like hair care items.
Manage your space efficiently.

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by local regulations.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients about their hair needs.
Familiarity with retail sales techniques.
