This intimate setup is designed for stylists who value a calm, high-end, and distraction-free environment for themselves and their guests. With only two stations in the entire suite, you will enjoy maximum privacy, zero salon drama, and a beautiful space to call home.The Opportunity. We are looking for a motivated, licensed Independent Hair Stylist to sublease our second station. You will completely run your own independent business—managing your own schedule, using your preferred product lines, keeping 100% of your service and retail revenue, and paying a flat weekly rent. Available 10/10/26.

Your Responsibilities
Operate as a fully independent business (manage your own booking link, client communication, and payments).
Provide your own styling tools, color, and retail products.
Maintain a valid Utah cosmetology license and personal business liability insurance.
Keep your station and shared suite areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
Requirements
Active Utah Cosmetology License.
Professional, reliable, and respectful of a shared, intimate workspace.
