Hiring NYC Hairstylists (Cut and Color!)

You are a fit if:

You have been servicing clients behind the chair in both cut and color for a minimum of 2 years (if you do not have this level of experience, please consider applying for our assistant role, we do NOT hire Jr stylists)
You are reliable and value others time (not late to work etc.)
You value working alongside a team and love to collaborate with like-minded people
You love going above and beyond for your clients
You can perform in the basics of all haircuts and color applications including babylights, teasylights, balayage and foilayage
You are looking for a long term home to plant your feet and grow
You are tired of working in mediocre salons with sub par environments

Stylist schedule would be 4 or 5 days a week depending on skillset - Must be available on Saturday or Sunday

Pay: $68,857.00 - $250,000.00 per year
