Responsibilities

Provide exceptional hair services including cutting, coloring, blonding, styling, and treatments
Conduct thorough consultations and recommend customized service plans
Deliver an outstanding client experience from start to finish
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon
Educate clients on at-home hair care and product recommendations
Build and retain a loyal clientele through excellent service and professionalism
Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education
Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon culture

Qualifications

Active North Carolina Cosmetology License
Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for education, growth, and staying current with industry trends
Experience with extensions, blonding, grey blending, or specialty services is a plus but not required
